you know, the little things made out of copper and nickel that are literally everywhereeee. no really, I found nickel in my sock today.. (how does that even happen?!)

anyway, I used to say “I hate change..” but when I say that it sounds like I’m saying I don’t wanna leave my comfort zone. and lately I’ve realized that’s not the case. maybe it was me hearing “wide open spaces” by the dixie chicks while standing in line at chick-fil-a but regardless, something clicked.

change is a good thing. after so long, change is needed.. people will be upset when you go off the well drawn path. the path that everyone expects you to go down. I’ve learned that lots of people do not like leaving their small little box.. their ~~comfort zone~~. *rolling eyes*

I have always done things the easy way.. I’ve taken the easy path in life that everyone knew I’d take. I took that path because I wanted to please everyone.. I wanted to make everyone happy but then it hit me like a ton of bricks (giving the dixie chicks the credit again) it’s not their life.. it’s mine.

ITS MY LIFEEEE and it’s now or never, I ain’t gunna life forever, I just wanna live while I’m aliveeee!
so get off my back! I am living life how I want to. and that’s that. some of you may not agree with my plans or understand them but that A-OKAY, because like I said.. they’re mine! at this point only a few people know my plans, and honestly.. I kinda like it that way.. surprise is fun. come on guys, it’s not like I decided to quit school and become a stripper.. I graduate college in May with a bachelors degree.. then I’m on to bigger and better things that will benefit me more than ever in the long run. I’m know gunna have to work my ass off but I can just taste the success. the satisfaction.

so here’s to you and your path. here’s to me and mine. your path may be a little straighter than mine, but I’ve always had a need for a little adventure.. I just love surprising people.

so from now on I won’t say “I hate change” I will embrace change. change is good. from now on I’ll make it clear I hate coins.
except quarters, they add up fast. 😉
